Renewal Executive (Arabic Speaker)

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Renewal Executive to join the Real Estate team at Al Marwan Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal and termination lifecycle of residential and commercial tenancy contracts, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional real estate services through professionalism and operational excellence, you will play a key role in building strong tenant relationships, coordinating lease renewal processes, and supporting the overall performance of the property management function.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Renewals
• Manage the end-to-end tenancy renewal process.
• Issue renewal notices and follow up with tenants via phone, email, WhatsApp, and formal correspondence.
• Conduct renewal negotiations while ensuring alignment with company policies and prevailing market conditions.
• Prepare, process, and execute tenancy contracts through Yardi and offline systems.
• Maintain accurate renewal documentation and records.
• Contract Terminations
• Handle tenant termination requests professionally.
• Negotiate termination cases where applicable.
• Process tenancy terminations in accordance with company procedures.
• Prepare No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and coordinate tenant move-out activities with relevant departments.
• Tenant Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
• System Administration & Reporting
• Update and maintain tenant, renewal, termination, and Rent
• Cafe records in Yardi.
• Generate reports and ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Monitor pending renewals and highlight critical cases where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate leasing, tenancy renewals, or tenant relationship management.
• Arabic speaker preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
