Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary

Bellacures on Sunset is seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure up-to-date records.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Escorting clients to waiting areas/seats.
• Educating guests on services.
• We are the first point of contact for our clients, we want to always look and feel our best. Must be presentable and clean at all times.
• Attendance and punctuality are of importance!
• Must have open availability!! (Weekends & holidays are a must)

Requirements

• Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
• Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to perform clerical tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist others in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $20.25 per hour
