This individual will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and business stakeholders to design, validate, and deliver innovative web and mobile solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong UX/UI expertise, and a passion for using data and customer insights to guide design decisions.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, features, and user experience requirements.

Leverage user research, usability testing, analytics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and improve product experiences.

Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and detailed design specifications for web and mobile applications.

Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and building alignment across teams.

Translate complex business and user needs into intuitive, scalable, and accessible design solutions.

Collaborate throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented as intended.

Establish and maintain design systems, UI standards, and best practices to promote consistency across products and platforms.

Champion usability, accessibility, and customer-centered design principles throughout the organization.

Measure the effectiveness of design solutions and continuously iterate based on user behavior, feedback, and business outcomes.
