Key Responsibilities

• Oversee community management, including financial management, maintenance, and resident experience.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws.
• Monitor service providers' performance, ensuring adherence to company SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize and grow the buildings under management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives focused on sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors, and authorities.
• Regularly assess building operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association management
• certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM)
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting
• Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship
• Technologically sawy with experience in property management software
