The Education Team (TET) is seeking Texas Certified Bilingual (Spanish) Teachers for rewarding long-term substitute assignments serving students in Early Childhood through 6th Grade at our partner schools throughout the Austin area.

Many of our long-term substitute assignments can lead to consideration for a permanent teaching position with the school if it's the right fit for both you and the district.

Compensation

• $16.00–$17.00/hour while working as a long-term substitute through The Education Team.
• Candidates who are offered and accept a permanent position with the school may earn approximately $62,315 annually, plus an annual certification stipend of up to $7,000.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Full-time availability during regular school hours (Monday–Friday, approximately 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.)
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and student achievement
• Prior teaching experience preferred, but not required
