Commercial Arbitration Lawyer (3–6 PQE) – DubaiWe are seeking a talented Commercial Arbitration Lawyer (3–6 years' PQE) to join a growing disputes practice in Dubai.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to work on complex, high-value international arbitration matters across a broad range of sectors. You will join a collaborative team advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, sovereign entities and private clients on significant cross-border disputes.
You will be involved in all aspects of complex commercial arbitration matters, including:
Acting on international and domestic arbitrations under major institutional rules, including ICC, DIAC, LCIA, SIAC and ad hoc proceedings.
Advising clients on a wide range of cross-border commercial disputes across industries such as energy, technology, financial services, manufacturing and joint ventures.
Drafting pleadings, witness statements, submissions and hearing bundles.
Working closely with clients, experts and counsel throughout all stages of arbitration proceedings.
Assisting with mediation, settlement negotiations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
Supporting business development initiatives and helping to build and maintain strong client relationships.
The successful candidate will have:3–6 years' post-qualification experience in commercial arbitration gained at a leading international or well-regarded regional law firm.
Strong experience handling international arbitration matters, with exposure to complex cross-border disputes.
Excellent drafting, analytical and case management skills.A strong academic background and exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to manage matters proactively and work effectively within an international team.
Admission in a common law jurisdiction (England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore or similar) is preferred.
Experience of working in the Middle East is advantageous but not essential.
