Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts in the oil & gas sector.
• Interpret contract changes and amendments proposed by clients, highlighting risks and proposing countermeasures.
• Liaise with and engage external legal firms where required, ensuring cost-effective and quality legal support.
• Advise management on contractual obligations, regulatory compliance, and potential legal risks.

Requirements

• Open to Native English speaker
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas-related contracts Salary: AED 19,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
