We're looking for a part-time barista to run our Monday/Tuesday shifts and step in to cover our main barista when needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• We've got the bar dialed in and a rhythm established - now we need someone reliable to own the Monday/Tuesday shifts (~12 hours/week) and occasionally fill in when our main barista needs coverage.
• You'll be running the bar solo on your days, so you need to know the standard and hold it without anyone looking over your shoulder.WHAT WE NEED:Real experience in specialty/3rd wave coffee (extraction, dialing in espresso, etc.)
• Strong hospitality instincts - guests feel it when you care
• A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
• Can take direct feedback without getting defensive
• Able to pivot mid-shift and stay composed under pressure
• Reliable and flexible enough to occasionally cover extra shifts if needed
• Consistent - your 50th drink looks like your first
