Pollo Regio is seeking for Restaurant General Manager for our Austin TX location. This position requires customer-focused individuals with previous restaurant experience, and a desire to succeed and grow with the company.

Your responsibilities as a Pollo Regio Manager will include -

• Coordinate the entire restaurant operation
• Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
• Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
• Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
• Control costs and minimize waste
• Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
• Minimum one to two years of Operations experience
• Loves to work in a team
• A good attitude to coach and motivate team members always
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Possess good communication skills
