IT Onsite Technician

• 2+ years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or print/hardware environments
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking
• Hands-on experience supporting printers, peripherals, and end-user devices
• Familiarity with Windows OS and common enterprise applications
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between client sites
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the USA on a permanent, unrestricted basis. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs.
• This role is a Salary Non- Exempt position with a targeted hourly range of $60,000– $68,000 USD, based on experience and skillsets.

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced L2 Onsite Technician to provide onsite IT support across enterprise environments, with a focus on printers, desktops, laptops, and hardware. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting print devices and peripherals, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills and delivers high-quality customer service at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for printers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, print, and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain printers and IT hardware systems
• Support device deployments, refreshes, and project rollouts
• Maintain accurate service records, asset tracking, and inventory
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and management
• – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand
