As we expand across North America, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to support our growing team.
This role is ideal for a hands-on and execution-focused marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced growth environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and directly managing operational marketing activities including HubSpot administration, website coordination, conference logistics, outbound campaigns, customer communications, and lead generation support.

Position Description: This role supports the growth and operational execution of EDGITAL across North America through hands-on marketing initiatives, customer engagement activities, lead generation efforts, conference and event execution, and business development support.
Working closely with the Managing Director and Business Development team, you will help strengthen EDGITAL’s market presence, improve operational efficiency, and support day-to-day marketing and sales operations across North America.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands, talk, and hear. The employee regularly performs work at office locations, off-site venues, and occasionally at construction work sites.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

The employee is required to work in compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
The annual salary range for this role is $70,000–$95,000. Final compensation within this range is determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skills, experience, certifications, and location.
