VP of International Accounting

Vice President of International Accounting | Boston | Hybrid

Our client, a leading global private equity firm is seeking a Vice President of International Accounting in their Boston office to support global financial operations across international entities.

This is a high-visibility role focused on international accounting, consolidations, statutory reporting, month-end close, audit support, and financial analysis within a fast-paced global environment.

This position will pay between 175-200K on a base salary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead international accounting and reporting activities
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and consolidations
• Partner with Tax, Legal, FP&A, and external auditors
• Support statutory reporting, audits, and board-level reporting
• Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements
• Coordinate with global service providers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required, CPA a plus
• 10+ years of accounting experience
• Big 4 or large public accounting experience preferred, Public Accounting experience required
• Strong US GAAP/IFRS knowledge
• Experience with multinational entities and foreign currency reporting
• Advanced Excel skills; Workday experience preferred
