Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Job Overview

We are seeking a recruiter to support our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, building candidate pipelines, and helping organizations attract top talent.

In this role, you'll recruit for a wide variety of positions across our organization, including corporate office roles and program staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting channels
• Create and post compelling job descriptions
• Screen and evaluate candidates through phone and virtual interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers, providing real-time updates on open positions
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering a positive candidate experience
• Support recruiting efforts for both corporate and program staff positions

Skills

• Previous experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional required
• Experience recruiting for a nonprofit organization is highly preferred
• Experience with UKG is strongly preferred
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
