Personal Assistant

Seeking a reliable, hardworking, and highly organized personal assistant to support a busy professional involved in building management and construction in Boston. The ideal candidate will be trained but must have a technical or hands-on background, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both professional and personal responsibilities.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, tenants, and service providers
• Assist with construction schedules, deliveries, materials, and project follow-up
• Visit properties and provide updates on maintenance or ongoing work
• Organize invoices, receipts, property records, and other documents
• Research products, services, contractors, and building-related needs
• Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and hands-on tasks
• Handle personal errands and additional requests as needed
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
