Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager – Indirect Procurement

Location: Boston, MA-Hybrid

Duration: 9month contract might be extended

Job Summary

Responsible for leading strategic sourcing and procurement activities for SG&A categories, including Marketing, IT, Professional Services, HR, Legal, Finance, and Facilities. This role develops sourcing strategies, manages supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, drives cost savings, and ensures compliant, efficient, and value-driven procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, selection, and negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, contracts, and compliance.
• Negotiate contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and KPIs with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and business teams to deliver procurement value.
• Support e-sourcing tools, procurement systems, and process improvements.
