What You'll Do

• Help clients find apartments and rental homes that fit their needs and budget.
• Schedule and conduct property showings throughout the Greater Boston area.
• Guide renters through the leasing process from first inquiry to signed lease.
• Build relationships with landlords, property managers, and prospective clients.
• Respond quickly to leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the rental process.
• Learn the fundamentals of residential sales while building your real estate business.
• Stay current on local rental inventory, pricing, neighborhoods, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM and transaction management systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that generates repeat business and referrals.

What We're Looking For

• Active Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License.
• New agents are encouraged to apply—no previous real estate experience required.
• Rental experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to show properties.
• Ability to manage multiple clients while staying organized and responsive.
