Mayer Realty Group is the #1 small team in Canton, part of Compass, and we're growing. We serve Canton, Sharon, Stoughton, Westwood, Milton, and the Greater Boston area, and we're looking for a driven, client focused agent to join us.

Who we are

We're a tight-knit team of local agents who live and work in these towns. Our team lead, Melissa Mayer, is a lifelong Canton resident who spent 17 years in pharmaceutical marketing and strategy before moving into real estate, and she built this team around a simple idea: know your neighbors, do right by your clients, and the results follow.

We back that up with real support, including dedicated operations and marketing help, a strong local reputation, and a steady stream of leads from our farming and referral network.

If you've been in the business a couple years and you're feeling like just a number where you are now, or like you're doing all the work without much support behind you, we'd love to talk.

What you'll do

• Guide buyers and sellers through every step of their transaction
• Represent clients at showings, inspections, and closings
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and past clients across Canton, Sharon, Stoughton, Westwood, and Milton
• Work with our marketing and operations team on listings, outreach, and follow up
• Stay current on local market conditions and inventory

What we're looking for

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a licensed Massachusetts real estate agent
• A track record of closed transactions and solid client relationships
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with Canton or the surrounding South Shore towns is a plus
• A team player who wants more support, more structure, and more consistent leads than they're getting now
