As a Newly Licensed Real Estate Agent at Chinatti Realty Group, you will:
Guide clients expertly through the buying and selling process with professionalism and care
Utilize our proven lead generation strategies to prospect for new clients
Engage in our comprehensive training program to refine and elevate your skills
Create and share engaging content across social media platforms
Collaborate with our support staff to efficiently manage transactions and meet crucial deadlines
Leverage the strength of our team to achieve greater success in your career
Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings designed for new agents
A robust training program specifically designed for new agents, offering over 500 hours per year covering role-playing, negotiating, consultative sales, and more
First accepted offer typically within 4 weeks of joining the team
