As a Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will take the lead in overseeing our dining outlets, playing a key role in crafting unforgettable guest experiences that make lasting impressions.

• Ensure seamless operations: Manage daily food and beverage operations across various outlets, ensuring exceptional quality and service while implementing effective marketing strategies to boost profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Enhance guest satisfaction: Collaborate on the development and execution of guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to elevate the guest experience.
• Drive operational efficiency: Oversee administrative and planning functions within the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations and implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
• Elevate quality standards: Support the delivery of superior food and beverage quality and service, while driving revenue and maximizing profitability through innovative marketing strategies.
• Inspire and develop your team: Lead, coach, and mentor team members, providing opportunities for professional growth and recognizing individual achievements to build a strong, engaged team.
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the wellbeing of guests and team members alike.
