What you'll do

• Welcome every patient with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
• Manage doctors' schedules and coordinate appointments.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and patient requests.
• Support patients throughout their entire journey in the clinic.
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and management to keep every day running seamlessly.🎯

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental clinic.
• Experience in a premium dental clinic is mandatory.
• Excellent English (spoken & written).
• Outstanding communication skills and professional etiquette.
• Someone who stays calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys working with people.
