Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Executive Assistant to Managing Directors to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis in Washington, DC.

About The Job

• Provide high-level administrative support to the 3 Managing Directors
• Manage complex domestic and international calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and resolving conflicts proactively.
• Coordinate extensive international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, trains, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of executive leadership.
• Prepare meeting materials, briefing documents, presentations, and executive communications.
• Manage expense reporting and reimbursement processing.
• Coordinate media requests, interviews, and executive-facing communications.
• Support special projects, including PowerPoint presentations, formatting deliverables, and ad hoc administrative initiatives.

About You

• 5+ years of executive or senior administrative support experience required.
• Strong experience supporting multiple senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive international and domestic travel coordination experience required.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage shifting priorities with professionalism.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, preferred.

About The Position

• Start Date: ASAP
• Temp-to-Hire opportunity.
• $34-$38/hr while on contract; $90K-$95K upon conversion.
• 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
