Personal Assistant

The Ford Agency is seeking a polished and proactive Personal Assistant for a high-profile principal in the DC area. This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, with a focus on managing complex schedules, travel, and event logistics for both business and personal priorities.

Responsibilities Include

• Provide high-level personal and administrative support with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Manages complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and time-sensitive obligations across business and personal priorities
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
• Plan and coordinate private dinners, social gatherings, business meetings, and special events
• Support scheduling and logistics related to the principal's board position with a professional sports team, including board meetings, game attendance, and guest hospitality
• Coordinate with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless coverage, including serving in that capacity during periods of absence

Qualifications Include

• 15+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years supporting the personal affairs of a business owner or comparable principal, required
• Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, or private households preferred
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite or Google Suite, calendar platforms, travel booking tools, and expense systems
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain calm under pressure

Compensation

$90,000 - $150,000 DOE

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
