The Operations Manager is responsible for the administration, coordination, and optimization of CASE’s operational and business development infrastructure, supporting enterprise wide initiatives that advance organizational effectiveness and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (EVP/COO), this role exercises independent judgment and discretion on matters of organizational significance, including project governance, operational workflows, performance metrics, and cross functional coordination.
The Operations Manager serves as a key administrative partner to senior leadership by designing and implementing operational systems, monitoring organizational performance, and advising on execution risks and opportunities across multiple business and strategic initiatives.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
This position exercises independent judgment on matters of organizational significance, including determining project management approaches, operational workflows, performance indicators, and coordination strategies. The Operations Manager evaluates alternative courses of action, resolves non routine operational issues, and provides informed recommendations to senior leadership with minimal supervision.
Problem Solving and Judgement
High level judgement and problem-solving skills are required, as the incumbent is frequently faced with situations which require immediate action in response to issues and requests. The breadth and depth of understanding of an issue and the key internal/external persons handling the issue, and the way in which the issue is handled, all affect the outcome of the situation.
