We help travelers obtain passports, visas, and mail services. Every day is different, and no experience is required. Just bring strong customer service skills, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Choose a schedule that works for you

Morning shift: 9am–1pm

Afternoon shift: 1pm–5pm

Saturday shift: 10am–2pm

Or any combination — work as much or as little as you’d like.

Duties & Responsibilities

Record, scan, and process incoming mail using third-party software.

Generate and print shipping labels.

Package and ship envelopes and packages.

Assist customers with pick-up and drop-off of passport/visa documents and mail items.

Direct customer traffic among staff members.

Welcome walk-in customers, check them in, take payments, and explain service processes.

Take and print passport photos.

Assist walk-in clients with completing USPS Form 1583 accurately.

Review and verify application documents for completeness and accuracy.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the customer’s visit.
