Position Summary

Casamara is seeking an experienced Server to join our dinner service team. The ideal candidate is polished, attentive, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences. This role requires strong knowledge of food, wine, and service standards, as well as the ability to anticipate guest needs in an elevated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver gracious, knowledgeable, and refined service in accordance with Casamara standards.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the dinner menu, wine list, and nightly specials.
• Guide guests through menu selections with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the bar, kitchen, and support staff to ensure flawless service flow.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, side stations, and service areas throughout the shift.
• Accurately handle orders, payments, and POS entries.
• Respond to guest feedback and requests with professionalism and care.
• Support setup and breakdown of the dining room before and after service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and modern table service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask with poise.
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a commitment to hospitality.
• Must be available for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A genuine passion for service, teamwork, and guest connection.
