Looking for a role where you'll do more than manage schedules?

We're hiring a Technical Construction Manager to lead complex mechanical construction and energy infrastructure projects across the Washington, DC area. You'll work as part of an integrated engineering and construction team, taking projects from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out.

What you'll do

• Lead mechanical construction projects from planning to completion
• Manage subcontractors, clients and project stakeholders
• Solve complex technical challenges on live projects
• Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
• Identify value engineering and project improvement opportunities

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience managing mechanical construction projects
• Background in HVAC, MEP or mechanical building systems
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams
