Rate: $38/hr on W2 Max..! (W2 Only)

Duration: 6–12 Month Contract (High Possibility of Extension)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Banking/Financial Services to join a high-performing QA team supporting enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in test automation, API testing, SQL, and Java/Python, with expertise in modern automation frameworks and test design methodologies.

This role requires working closely with developers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web and API applications.
• Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Karate, and other automation tools.
• Perform API testing using Postman and Karate Framework.
• Develop optimized test scenarios using combinatorial testing techniques such as IGNITE and Hexawise.
• Validate backend data using SQL queries.
• Execute API integration and end-to-end testing across enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
• Ensure automation coverage, scalability, and maintainability of test suites.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release activities.

Required Skills

• Strong Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium Automation Frameworks.
• Expertise in Karate Framework and Postman for API testing.
• Knowledge of Combinatorial Test Design using IGNITE and Hexawise.
• Strong SQL skills for database validation.
• Programming experience in Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with API Integration Testing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
