Position Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Real Estate Marketing Manager to drive growth across multiple real estate entities. This hands-on role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, expand market presence, and build customer pipelines.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands business performance and P&L fundamentals, and is comfortable building marketing programs from the ground up. This is an opportunity to operate with significant ownership and help scale multiple real estate businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support growth across multiple real estate entities.
• Build and manage customer acquisition funnels that generate qualified buyer, seller, investor, renter, and referral leads.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and increase brand visibility within existing markets.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and lead nurturing initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance metrics, lead conversion rates, and return on investment.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, media partners, and marketing platforms as needed.
• Develop local market outreach programs, partnerships, events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in budget planning and demonstrate an understanding of marketing spend, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Utilize P&L awareness to evaluate marketing investments and support strategic business decisions.
• Build scalable marketing systems, processes, and reporting structures as the organization grows.
• Maintain brand consistency across all entities while tailoring messaging to each target audience.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of marketing experience, preferably within real estate, single-family residential, rent-to-own, brokerage, property management, or related industries.
• Proven track record of generating leads and supporting business growth through marketing initiatives.
• Experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales funnel management.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Understanding of P&L concepts and how marketing impacts revenue and profitability.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make decisions with limited oversight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build and scale programs from the ground up.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating in a high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing real estate investment, residential sales, brokerage, rent-to-own, or property management services.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and lead management platforms.
• Experience managing marketing efforts across multiple brands or business units.
• Experience supporting market launches or geographic expansion initiatives
