The Role

As Head Chef, you lead the kitchen of our new beachfront restaurant. You bring the French-Mediterranean menu to life, lead a large brigade, and hold the quality line on every plate that leaves the pass.

What You'll Do

• Lead the kitchen and the full brigade Deliver the menu to LPM standard every service Develop dishes and seasonal ideas Manage food cost, stock and suppliers Train and grow the team Keep hygiene and safety standards high

What You Need
