Job Description Kitchen Support

Oversee kitchen activities and staff. Quality Control: Maintain high food quality and consistency. Inventory: Manage kitchen inventory and supplies. Compliance: Adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations.

Qualifications

Skills

• Culinary diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as Sous Chef.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Previous experience specialized in Asian Cuisine (Sushi)

Working Conditions

Full-time position Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
