Develop and implement strategic plans for the Wholesale Loan Services operations, in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.

Oversee all aspects of loan servicing operations, including loan setup, payments, disbursements, account maintenance, and customer service.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Lead a team of loan servicing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.

Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders within the organization to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in loan servicing, and make recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.

Develop and maintain a strong culture of customer-centricity, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.

Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of Wholesale Loan Services operations, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and efficiency in all aspects of loan servicing operations.

Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives and maintain a high level of productivity.
