Personal/Team Assistant

Junior Personal Assistant role, full time.

Candidate must

Full Time Position

Monday - Friday

9am - 6pm

1hr lunch break, to be taken around 1pm

There is out of hours work. If a plumber comes to the house at 8am, you will start at 8am. If there is an event till 9pm, you are expected to be at the event till 9pm.

A lot of functions are last minute, you must be flexible

Fluent in Spanish

Based in Dallas, Texas, USA. You will work from the office every day

Have a Drivers licence

Have your own car

Your work phone should be by your side 24/7

This is a junior role. You will be helping a family run there every day lives. Running errands, collecting dry cleaning, dropping off mail, organising contractors, planning activities for the children, finding nannies. You should be proficient in Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint and Word. You must be confident with doing research on various projects, holidays, a piece of furniture, what ever the task is.

You will be booking lots of travel, at short notice. Good knowledge of airlines, hotels, what's happening in the world. Looking after a fleet of cars, making sure they are up to date with insurance, toll tags etc. Groceries are fully stocked, pets are taken care of. You will look after the Principals diary with meetings across several time zones. This is ever changing and you must adapt quickly.

You must be eager to learn and be proactive, don't wait for a task to be given to you, actively see what needs to be done.

• Due to high volume of interest, do not apply unless you meet the above requirements, 'learning Spanish' or 'relocating soon to Dallas' will not be accepted.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
