; Manage project drawings, specifications, reports, and other construction documentation. Track deliverables, audit project records, support project teams, maintain document control systems, and ensure documentation is complete and compliant throughout the project lifecycle.
; 5+ years of document control or project administration experience.
; Experience with electronic document management systems and project collaboration tools such as Procore, Primavera, PMWeb, Newforma, Aconex, OpenText, Laserfiche, Constructware, or similar. Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
Industry Experience: ; Background in construction, architecture, engineering, real estate development, or facilities management.
; AutoCAD and BIM knowledge.
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
