About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executive leadership. This role requires exceptional discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and enjoys solving problems while managing both professional and personal priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling
• Coordinate domestic and occasional travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
• Screen communications and serve as a primary point of contact for executives
• Coordinate meetings, vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Process expense reports and maintain organized records
• Prepare confidential documents and correspondence
• Manage personal and household-related administrative tasks
• Coordinate errands, returns, and deliveries as needed
• Oversee vehicle-related tasks such as scheduling maintenance, fueling, and detailing
• Help maintain organized workspaces and assist with special projects
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and provide support wherever needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Proficient with Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Dallas.

The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday; however, flexibility is required as occasional evenings, weekends, or travel may be necessary to support executive needs.

Compensation
