Key Responsibilities

• Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Create and refresh seasonal menus featuring artisan breads, viennoiserie, pastries, desserts, brunch, breakfast, and contemporary café dishes.
• Drive culinary innovation while maintaining the outlet's unique identity and brand standards.
• Oversee food cost, purchasing, inventory management, and labor productivity.
• Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary brigade.
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and achieve commercial objectives.
• We're looking for someone who has:✔ Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in a premium standalone café, artisan bakery, all-day dining concept, or upscale casual restaurant.✔ Strong expertise in artisan bread, pastries, desserts, and modern café cuisine.✔ A creative approach to menu development and food presentation.✔ Solid experience managing kitchen operations, food cost, and team leadership.✔ Experience in high-volume premium dining concepts is highly desirable.
