Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service and create memorable guest experiences. The role involves preparing quality beverages, driving sales through upselling, and maintaining high standards of bar operations and hygiene.

Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring creativity and professionalism to every guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warm, professional, and engaging service.
• Demonstrate strong mixology skills and create innovative, seasonal cocktail concepts.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and other beverages to quality standards.
• Take food and beverage orders and recommend suitable drink pairings.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while following service standards and SOPs.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and promotion of premium beverages, wines, and menu items.
• Manage bar opening and closing procedures efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of the bar, glassware, and equipment.
• Proactively engage with guests to enhance their experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Support bar operations during busy service periods, including running drinks when required.
• Maintain accurate daily inventory and stock consumption records.
• Assist with monthly stock takes and inventory control processes.
• Oversee ordering and receiving of bar stock, ensuring proper handling and accuracy.
• Perform additional duties assigned by bar manager as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Food & Beverage Service, Mixology, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional Mixology or Wine Certification highly desirable.A minimum of 2 years experience in luxury hospitality, with a proven track record in 5-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, or upscale fine dining establishments.
• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Japanese or any additional European language will be considered a strong advantage.
