Senior Leader Performance Marketing As a senior leader at Nasdaq, you will be accountable for shaping and executing performance marketing strategies that advance our Capital Access Platforms (CAP) division's position in the market. This role requires a proven ability to set direction, influence across borders, and deliver measurable business impact in complex, regulated environments.
You'll thrive in this position if you bring executive presence, strategic clarity, and the ability to mobilize diverse teams toward driving organic and paid growth at scale.
This position will be located in New York or Atlanta and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $112,000 - $207,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
