THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Accountant will be a highly motivated team player with hands-on experience in corporate accounting, ensuring preparation of financial statements including statement of cash flows, lead month-end close, consolidations, corporate level accounting processes. The Senior Accountant will report to Senior Accounting Manager of Global Accounting and Consolidations.

This is a high-visibility role that will have exposure to core corporate accounting and interact with leaders in the company.

The ideal candidate is an experienced senior accountant with strong understanding of accounting principles and standards, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Financial Reporting

• Prepare journals related to areas of Corporate-level accounting, including, but not limited to, debts, pension, intercompany, intercompany elimination, corporate expense, legal entity accounting, etc.
• Prepare account reconciliation, variance explanations and other supporting schedules.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation and reporting processes at the corporate level, including consolidated financial statements using OneStream.
• Prepare the Statement of Cash Flows.
• Maintain consolidated ledger in OneStream (overrides, top side entries, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Corporate Tax, Financial Planning and Analysis, Division Controllers, etc.) and support legal entity accounting requirements.
• Support cross-functional special projects or provide ad-hoc reporting as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3-7 years of related job experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
• Strong process improvement mindset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with multi-ERP/EPM systems (Oracle HFM/FCCS, OneStream)
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting month-end close processes, including journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and variance analysis

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
