A well-established, high-volume automotive dealership in the Atlanta, Georgia market is conducting a strictly confidential search for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager). Automotive Finance Manager Responsibilities

• Present finance, lease, protection, and insurance products to customers.
• Structure deals while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and lender requirements.
• Build strong relationships with lenders to maximize approvals and profitability.
• Maintain high product penetration and exceptional customer satisfaction scores.
• Work closely with the Sales Management team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Accurately complete all finance and legal documentation.
• Maintain compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
• Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused buying experience.

Automotive Finance Manager Qualifications

• Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience required.
• Proven track record of strong finance production and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong understanding of lender programs, compliance, and dealership processes.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
