This is not a desk job where you'll perform the same tasks every day. You must enjoy multitasking, Outdoor DIY projects, taking initiative, and adapting to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities Include:Executive & Administrative Support

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling
• Answer and return phone calls professionally
• Respond to emails and messages
• Coordinate projects and deadlines
• Maintain files, mail kiosk, documents, and business records
• Assist with business operations and executive support

Personal Assistance

• Run errands as needed
• Tech support on small items needed
• Grocery shopping and household organization
• Coordinate deliveries and appointments
• Research products, services, and vendors
• Help keep personal and business responsibilities organized
• Assist with daily tasks that allow executive leadership to stay productive

Social Media & Marketing

• Create engaging social media content
• Record and edit short videos
• Assist with branding and marketing ideas
• Schedule social media posts
• Help grow online presence across multiple platforms

Travel & Event Planning with trip accompanied and paid for

• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Schedule transportation and accommodations
• Organize itineraries
• Assist with planning meetings and events

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
• Experience supporting busy executives or business owners
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Comfortable learning new software and business systems
• Social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
