Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist

Established Public Accounting Firm in Sandy Springs, Georgia is seeking a dedicated part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This energetic role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with people, and excels at multi-tasking.

As the first point of contact, this role plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike.

Part-time hours

The hours of this part-time position are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and are in-person. More hours available with business needs during February, March, and April (the Firm’s busy season) as well as September and October.

Duties

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and accurately

Manage front desk operations, ensuring clean, organized, and presentable reception and conference room areas

Schedule and confirm meetings and conference room bookings

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation

Assist with basic client inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate individual

Ensure accurate recordkeeping and update information as needed

Support team members with miscellaneous clerical tasks and special projects as assigned

Must be proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook), typing speed 45 WPM minimum, and data entry

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and a customer support focus
• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems & calendar management
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating strong time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Minimum one year of office experience
