The Opportunity

On behalf of our client, Rituali is currently leading an exclusive, confidential search for an outstanding Food & Beverage Director to oversee the culinary and dining operations of a premier ultra-luxury property in Dubai.

Situated in one of the world's most dynamic gastronomic capitals, this iconic destination features high-volume luxury Outlets, signature fine-dining concepts, and world-class event spaces catering to an elite international clientele.

The Role

As Food & Beverage Director, you will be the visionary leader responsible for elevating the property’s culinary reputation, commercial performance, and guest experience. You will oversee concept innovation, operational profitability, and service excellence across all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless alignment with global luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight across all restaurant outlets, bars, in-room dining, and high-end banqueting operations.
• Champion a culture of innovation, haute gastronomy standards, and European-style tailored service.
• Drive top-line revenue, menu engineering, and strict cost optimization (P&L management) in line with ownership KPIs.
• Cultivate, mentor, and inspire a diverse, high-caliber international F&B team and brigade.

Ideal Profile

Proven Experience: A distinguished track record as Food & Beverage Director within world-class 5-star luxury hotels, ultra-luxury resorts, or high-end lifestyle hospitality groups.

Market Insight: Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern luxury market dynamics, competitive dining landscape in Dubai, and international culinary trends.

Operational Excellence: Strong commercial acumen, deep knowledge of beverage programs, Michelin-level service standards, and large-scale event management.

Leadership: Exceptional emotional intelligence, charisma, and intercultural leadership skills to manage a dynamic international team.

Fluency: Native or fluent English is required; fluency in French, Italian, or Arabic is considered a strong asset.
