The Role

As General Manager, you're the driving force behind our beachfront destination — one restaurant, many spaces, all held to the same LPM standard. You lead a large team, own the numbers and the guest experience, and are as at home on the floor as you are steering strategy behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

• Lead the whole operation across every space Own revenue, budgets and P&L Build, lead and inspire a large team Protect and elevate the LPM brand Partner with culinary and bar leadership Drive covers, VIPs and standout hospitality Keep standards, safety and compliance tight

What You Need

8–10 years in luxury hospitality, senior leadership Proven P&L ownership and commercial results Strong, people-first leadership Deep knowledge of premium French-Mediterranean dining Hands-on and charismatic — strategy to floor Hospitality degree; pre-opening experience a big plusWhy Choose Us Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
