About the Job

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Develop and implement strategic plans for signature dining outlets, aligning with overall F&B objectives and brand standards.

Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and superior guest satisfaction.

Lead and mentor Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.

Collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain food quality, consistency, and innovation in menu offerings.

Drive revenue through strategic pricing, upselling initiatives, and promotional campaigns in partnership with marketing.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is essential.

Advanced certifications in F&B Management, Leadership, or related areas are desirable.8–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, including senior leadership roles within F&B operations.

Proven experience in fine dining, signature restaurants, or high-end F&B operations is preferred.
