What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of apartment industry experience
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong initiative and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
• Experience managing property operations, occupancy, and resident relations
• Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with leasing, renewals, and resident retention strategies
• Ability to inspire accountability, professionalism, and performance
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
• Weekend availability required
• Flexibility to work occasional holidays as needed
