Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote F&B offerings and special events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
