Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our trendy, high-volume brand. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, culinary knowledge, and a passion for hospitality management.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring the restaurant's smooth functioning in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
• Supervise food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting
• Control inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food production to minimize waste and optimize costs
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and maintain high-quality food presentation
• Lead shift management by coordinating front-of-house and kitchen activities during busy hours
• Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a skilled team
• Monitor customer feedback and address concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with culinary staff on menu planning, food quality assurance, and kitchen management
• Implement training programs related to food safety, hospitality standards, and team development

Requirements

• Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus
• Strong background in food industry operations including food preparation, cooking, catering, and bar services
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required
• Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management
• Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, food safety regulations, and food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to train staff effectively in food service management principles
• Experience in team management, interviewing, shift management, and staff training & development
• Culinary experience or kitchen management background preferred; hospitality management or hotel experience is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
