Position Summary

Our HVAC Service Technicians diagnose, repair, maintain, and install commercial and industrial HVAC systems while providing exceptional service to our customers. We offer opportunities for technicians with varying levels of experience who are looking to grow their careers.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chillers, boilers, heat pumps, package units, and VAV systems.
• Diagnose heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration system malfunctions and determine appropriate repairs.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections and calibrate equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Repair electrical wiring, electronic components, and automated building management systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair direct digital control (DDC) and pneumatic control systems.
• Assist with HVAC system design modifications and equipment upgrades.
• Train and mentor other technicians on preventative maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Complete service reports, maintenance records, and documentation accurately.
• Order and maintain necessary tools, parts, and supplies.
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Supervise and lead technicians when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical wiring diagrams and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience working with chillers, boilers, package units, VAV systems, DDC controls, pneumatic controls, and automated building systems is highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift equipment as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.

Compensation

Pay: $18.00-$50.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

• Full-time
• 8-hour shifts
• On-call and overtime opportunities may be available.
