E-Commerce and Social Media Associate/Manager

ECOMM/SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for an entrepreneurial candidate for an exciting, challenging, and fast-paced role.

The ideal candidate will be smart, driven, and willing to roll-up their sleeves.

• Our two store concepts are
• 1. Sock Em' (novelty socks), and
• 2. Sportsfan (licensed sports apparel and accessories).

We have 10 “brick & mortar” locations across two different concepts, and we someone to lead our ecommerce and social media strategy and execution.

This role is strategically critical to our future and will include:

1. Creating our Sock Em’ ecommerce platform (front-end and back-end) from scratch, and

2. Designing and executing all our interactive marketing and social media plans for both Sock Em’ and Sportsfan

Additionally, this individual will contribute to the development/design of our captive Sock Em’ brand products.

Qualified candidates must be

• Entrepreneurial: Develop the vision and make it happen
• Marketing savvy: Know how to influence online shoppers – and get them to buy
• An ecommerce techie: Adept at website (MUST know back AND front-end) ecommerce systems development

o Big Commerce and/or Shopify

• Social Media Junkie: Know how to create and leverage breakthrough social media campaigns
• Operations organizer: Understand how things work and develop plans to make them work better
• Excited about growth: Get momentum and keep it going

Qualified candidates should have experience in

• E-retail and brick-mortar retail: Run ecommerce for Brick-Mortar brand and have work experience in Brick/Mortar retail

o This role will have MANDATORY in-store training and work component

• Web/e-commerce site development/management (Big Commerce/Shopify)
• SEO, Google Analytics, and Social Media campaign effectiveness analysis
• Social media content development and execution (Facebook, Insta, TikTok)
• Customer database management/marketing

Work Remotely

• No remote work initially (first 6-12 months)
• Possible hybrid based on performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
