ZING is an AI-native platform that gives home service small businesses everything they need to win online: professional websites, local SEO, an AI receptionist that answers every call, and marketing automation. We serve thousands of plumbers, cleaners, landscapers, electricians, and other home service pros across the US, and we are adding new customers every single day.

We are on track to double the business over the next 12 months, and paid acquisition is one of the core levers in that plan. That is where you come in.

The Role

You will own paid acquisition at ZING. That means full ownership of our Meta ads program, from strategy and audience architecture to creative testing, budget pacing, and reporting, plus building and running our outbound email programs. You will be the person accountable for how efficiently we turn ad dollars into paying subscribers.

This is a hands-on operator role. You will be in Ads Manager daily, writing and briefing creative, reading the numbers, and making the calls. You will work directly with the founder and the sales team, and your results will be visible to the whole company every week.

What You Will Do

Meta Ads (primary focus)

• Own strategy, structure, and daily management of our Meta ad accounts
• Plan and pace monthly budgets, scaling spend against CAC and payback targets
• Design and run a continuous creative testing program: hooks, formats, offers, and landing page pairings
• Build and refine audiences for a B2B SMB buyer: local business owners, not consumers
• Manage pixel, CAPI, and event tracking health, and diagnose attribution issues
• Report weekly on CAC, CPL, ROAS, and lead-to-close performance with clear recommendations

Email Outreach

• Build, launch, and optimize outbound email campaigns to small business prospects
• Own list strategy, segmentation, deliverability, and domain health
• Write and test copy, subject lines, and sequences that book calls for our sales team
• Ensure every campaign is fully compliant with CAN-SPAM and our internal compliance rules

Cross-functional

• Partner with sales on lead quality, handoff, and feedback loops
• Collaborate on landing pages and offers to improve conversion downstream of the click
• Feed learnings from paid and outbound back into positioning and messaging

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years running paid social with direct, hands-on ownership of Meta accounts spending $100K to $300K per month
• B2B experience required, ideally selling to small business owners
• Experience marketing websites, digital services, SaaS, or agency services strongly preferred, since that is exactly what we sell
• Proven creative testing chops: you have briefed, launched, and iterated on ad creative yourself, not just monitored an agency
• Experience running cold or outbound email programs at scale, including deliverability management
• Fluent in funnel math: CAC, LTV, payback period, blended vs channel-level reporting
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup where you own outcomes, not just tasks

Nice to Have

• Experience acquiring home service or local business customers
• Familiarity with Google Ads as a secondary channel
• Experience with AI tools for creative production and campaign analysis
